Interested to hear your results! I had the Ubiome test done as well and my bacteria was off so I started GSE about 2 weeks ago, can't say I've noticed any improvements thus far. It may be a little more formed, but frequency is still the same. I'm also coming out of a severe 3 year flare so healing will take longer for me. Hope it works fast for you!

I've been on it for 5 days, I can't say it's helped a ton. I'm sticking with it. It's suppose to help vascular, like hemmies so I do feel less inflammed in my butt.

I've tried grape seed extract three times now, trials spaced out over a year and my gut reacts with urgency and BM's. It's definitely a trigger for IBS for me and I only took one pill per day and by the second or third day IBS appeared when there was none before.

Too bad because it seems like such a great thing for others.
