I ended up simply eliminating alcohol and changing to a diet of eggs, salmon, tuna, light salads, white rice, potatoes and chicken.

Did your previous diet include wheat (gluten) or dairy? Several members have been talking about
diet mod for quite a while now. Potatoes have been encouraged for their resistant starch.No but it included red meats and potato chips, occasional Chinese takeout + some other things I probably shouldn't have been eating. I think the elimination of alcohol (red wine) has had the biggest positive effect.
