i would use some type of animal protein - it will be better absorbed - just eat a steak for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and maybe even steak topped with a fried egg for dessert !
just curious, why the focus on protein ?

so how many total calories are you consuming /day ? are you eating a "balanced" diet ?
lately, as my body continues to heal, I've pretty much gotten away from most of my supplements - i just feel better knowing that the vitamins/minerals/etc are coming from real food and not a bottle - but then, I am eating a lot so I can rely on that method -
