thanks to alla youse wonderful guyz for your INVALUABLE input. however, after many days of recouping from this most horrendous episode, i'm worried about
when my energy/strength will be noticably improved?
am eating lightly -- no rice, however: my split peas cooked in my wonderful pressure cooker to the consistency of baby food, adding carrots & chicken breast chunks well-cooked. now thinking of adding a bit of cayenne next time i heat it up per your advice to help speed up recovery.
can you suggest a solution to help keep me on my feet? after only a few minutes, i feel faint and extremely weak and need to sit for a bit before taking the next few steps. my poor canine companions are waiting for their food, and itz been a few days since the extreme hemmoraging stopped.
i only do natural, so suggesting medication would be of no benefit to me. however, whatever natural remedies you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
