Remicade/Cortisone Enema/Suppos

So I have been doing the cortenemas at night and the cort suppository during the day. When I wake up I always go to the bathroom and everything is formed. Very little blood if any but only streaked and this is not always. At night when I go I see more blood in the morning and not 100% formed. Formed here and there at night with several little red pieces.. I am also on remicade and Lialda. I just had my 3rd infusion Jan 19 (final loading dose).

I am confused. Is the remicade working or not working? Is the cortenemas and suppositories working or not working? It seems like it works in the morning but not always at night. Has anyone experienced this before?

Since starting remicade, have their been any positive improvements? That's usually the best way to judge whether remicade is doing anything.

Is the blood new or has that symptom gone on for a while? Blood can be the very last uc symptom to go away for some. Hemorrhoids can cause bleeding, if you have a history of them.

I will show improvements right after for the first 3 days and then it'll kind of go back to how it was. I'm not bleeding very much at all and only going 2-3 times a day so it's not awful to begin with. I don't know what would happen though if I stopped the rectal meds. I just started the rectal meds a about 2 weeks ago.
