Interesting. Do you let it seep in the fridge? Flax can/will go rancid after being ground so thats a concern. Chia seed is generally superior in most respects as it is full of anti-oxidants and doesn't spoil. Are you grinding it? If not your probably just getting some of the fiber/slime on the seed coat, hmmm.
Uh oh, looks like we're not making it right! Like I said, we'll have to do more research. We don't grind the seeds, to answer your question.
