Uceris causing loose stool???

This may seem really insignificant in the grand scheme of things....but I'm on day 10 of Uceris, and I ended a 5 day prescription of Flagyl last Sunday. I was having my second flare and my doctor gave me the Uceris, flagyl, and increased my Delzicol to the maximum dose per day. Once on the Uceris pain, blood, urgency, and mucous stopped! I was so relieved. My stools were still really loose but not diarrhea (may be tmi, but they look like cow patties-gross I know.) I wasn't concerned because I thought it could be from the flagyl. However I'm about a week post flagyl and my stills havnt changed. I thought they would be formed by now! It's worrying me a little. Im having 1-3 BMs a day all the same looking (cow patty). Could this be from the Uceris? I'm so paranoid I'm not healing! Any input would be great!
Oh, and I called my doctors office and they didn't seem concerned, they said to take Metamucil.

No blood, urgency, mucous or anything. My only problem is consistency! My normal non flare BM total is 0-2 each day. And they are normally formed. Ever since my last flare started (Tuesday before last- 4/26) the consistency went from mucous-only BMs before the Uceris, then to the mushy consistency after my first Uceris pill. Consistency hasn't changed since 4/28 when the mushy stools began. Maybe I'm just rushing the process?! I'm never good at just letting things happen.
