Im looking for a little advice. My most recent flare starrted this past December. I had all the tell tale signs. I went and saw a nutritionist and started an AIP protocol diet which got me off the pred ans feeling better again. Mg GI at this time added simponi to my regimen of 6mp. I was doing well up until 3 weeks ago. I have been under a lot of stress and strayed of my paleo diet. I have frequency 5 to 8 times a day, formed but very soft stools, and mucus. No blood. The worst part is the urgency.
All in all I've had much worse and this current flare is manageable. Ive been trying to limit my stress and eating strict aip again. My flare has gotten any worse but not necessarily better either. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the slight improvement needed to get through this?

Sorry to hear you're struggling again so soon. Remind us what your 6mp dose is, and simponi dose/frequency is.

I'm on 100mg of 6mp daily and 100mg of simponi every 4 weeks.
I take a daily probiotic and glutamine supplement.
Just looking for a tip or 2 to speed up the healing or bas3d on the symptoms if there is an area of focus. I know there is a lot of experience here.
Thanks

A few of us have results with wild oregano oil, some of us find high doses of curcumin is helpful. The problem is what works for some really doesn't work for others.
