Does Periwinkle help ?

Has anybody tried Periwinkle for UC? Periwinkle is generally used for cancer. Some website suggested it can be helpful in healing inflammation as well. Any thoughts?

When I hear periwinkle, I think little white snail shells I find in tidal pools at the ocean. Got any more details about what it is your describing?

It is a plant called Catharansus Roseus otherwise known as Madagascar Periwinkle. Extract of the flowers of this plant is said to be good for any kind of inflammation. Looks like nobody has heard about this plant :(
