I am fairly new to running and typically run routes that have a bathroom available but as I increase my mileage this is becoming more difficult. Yesterday I almost had an accident but thankfully made it home in time. I don't want to quit running but not sure how to deal with this. I have been in remission for quite a while but over the last 2-3 weeks have noticed things picking up. I am under a lot of stress so I am sure that isn't helping. Anyway, any tips? Thanks!
I run. It is a challenge. I run very early in the morning while it's still dark out and there's little or no traffic. I'm also in a an area with a lot of woods along the roads. I carry a small supply of TP in case I have to duck into the woods before I can get back home.
I know this isn't a practical approach for everyone but it's worked for me for a long time.
