Hello and welcome! Everyone is different so you will have to play about
with your diet, but here are some foods that work for me, potatoes, oats. Chicken, eggs, and red meats aslong as they are not fatty and depends how they are cooked. Food that I completely avoid are fast foods. Fried food and gluten. Have seen huge improvements since removing gluten. I would suggest if you try one thing removing gluten and see how that goes
