Hey guys,
I am a former smoker, whad ho quit cold turkey two years ago. I had my symptoms under control back then and was on fewer medications.
My doctor said that I should consider taking Nicotine supplements, however, left the type of supplements to my preference
I was wondering what kind of success have you had with the either patches, gum, or lozenges (I don't want to start off with e-cigarettes due to work considerations)?
Also, what brands do you prefer
