Pain in upper abs and back?

I was thinking it was gas pain because when I have been going I was making a lot of noise haha. Now I am starting to think I may have hurt myself straining to get it all out. I find it hard to walk around and even standing I can find no nice position. I lay down and it's not intense but a dull "soreness" I want to say

It's like a perfect ring of pain along the bottom of my ribs through my abs and my back? Tips for determining pain cause and relief?

Don't even have a chance for gi appointment until April and stool samples are in and just need to be "decoded" by my current physician at student health. For those who have seen me around the board lately

Blood test and stool test showed nothing but high WBC count. The pain seems to be subsiding after peaking last night. I am going to say that it is related to what I ate. I have been waiting for the release of a certain game so long I just wanted to have some fun like I used to. Ate some Cheeto puffs and candy. Last night my friends partied upstairs while I suffered downstairs on the floor. I work at a movie theatre and they are doing a special employee show this morning with breakfast. I'm in the bathroom praying I'll crap out the pain.

I want my life back!!
