I sure do miss nut butters and nuts.
I'm sure I already know the answer but whats the verdict on sacha seeds?
I know if not soaked the phytic acid and enzyme coating that protects raw nuts and seeds from being digested are going to stop absorbtion. I'm already getting through low iron, ferrant and hemoglobin issue.
So I'm gonna take it as a NO in buying roasted sacha seeds? right?
And the question is the omega ratio. Its the only seed that is high in omega 3, which we want to help fight inflammation but its still a seed.
question is, yes or no for sacha seed and UC, I stay away anything that causes inflammation or try to.
