fermented pickles are good. they are in the refrigerated section. The ones on the shelf with the jarred items are not fermented, they are pickled. Yogurt is good. Kombucha tea is fermented, but sometimes tastes like vinegar. I ate loads in hope of improving my gut, but none of it helped.
There's a cookbook called nourishing traditions that is great if you're interested in making some of this stuff. You can ferment a lot of stuff, salsa, ginger beer.
