Does anyone here drink more than a litre a day in veggie juices?
(I added a subject)

I juiced for a while. I was drinking daily to two times a day a 16oz glass of juice from my juicer. I was doing carrot, apple and beets mostly but also did veggies like celery, kale and apple too. Not sure if your talking about
that kind of juice or the juice you buy in the store.

I currently drink 1.5 litres a day of bottled water a day and am just thinking how much better it might be if I drank pure vegetable / fruit juice instead?

OMG no! to 1.5 liters of veggie juice daily. My gut would get bent outta shape.
More like 2 ounces mixed with sparkling water and now not daily. More like when I feel like it.
I both make veggie juice and buy it when possible and freeze it as cubes so I can melt as wanted.
Sometimes I'll be near a health food juice bar and get 8 oz which is really probably 4 oz. veggie juice and the rest h2O. My version of Starbucks haha.
Veggie juice was very good as one of the things that got me to remission but now I've slacked off. See what your gut says about
the quantity it will handle, don't ask strangers.

I agree drinking vegetable juice would be a great addition to your regimen but start out slow. Large amounts of raw juice or bought vegetable juice will definitely purge out your colon very quickly.

In the early stages of battling my flare ups I would usually drink a litre or more of juiced veggies, but I found that drinking "shots" of the juice instead of large amounts was equally as effective. After gaining remission I did a "juice fast" where I drank vegetable juice all day until dinner, which actually resulted in more unformed bowel movements lol so sometimes its good to have a source of fiber while juicing.

Thanks, the useful parts are appreciated. Good information, which I will go through. I'll probably dilute it.
It's always good to get opinions, even strangers opinions! ;-)
