Just wanted to chime in with my $.02. I have been on Imuran now for 2 years or so, and it has been the best!!! However, I am currently diagnosed with my 2nd bout of C-Diff :-(
The first time with C-Diff was March 2016, and it was horrific! The pain in my stomach, and it felt as though my stomach was going to burst wide open. This time, it has been 2 weeks of diarrhea, orange-ish c diff looking stools, stomach pain, but nothing like the first time around with this stuff.
anyone else here get C-Diff regularly with Imuran?

Sorry to hear you've had multiple c diff episodes. Any sort of immunosuppressant is going to make you a little more prone to it, whether that's imuran/6MP or biologics like remicade/humira. C diff is prone to being reoccurrent once you have it. Have you considered FMT? Do you take probiotics?

I have not considered FMT, and I do not take probiotics regularly. Get this; I am a cyclist and I ride often, far, and am pretty darn healthy. When the D started a few weeks ago, then the hemorrhoids started in, then I developed this terrible red rash onmy groin, which turned out to be yeast, then the hemorrhoids again, now the Dx of C-Diff. My crotch area has been through absolute hell over this past month-ish...
Should I expect yeast infections to be more common as well?

Sounds like your gut flora is all out of whack if yeast and c diff are taking over. The normal goodies are getting over run by the baddies. I'd say Yes on being more likely with yeast or bacteria taking over while suppressed.

Looks like I will be forced into Probiotics. I did used to make my own yogurt back 14-15 years ago. Back then I tried SCD diet, yogurt, and so on, and zero worked for me. I lived with flares and misery on Asacol only for 15 years, then Imuran turned things around, now I get to catch whatever bug I touch...nice...I have learned to live with and tolerate a lot of pain, which is not good, or fun, but that is what it is.

What Probiotic would you recommend???

And, I never got off the bike. I have had this disease long enough to know that, if I want to live while I am here, then I need to be able to function through pain and sickness...

I've bought vsl #3 through amazon and it comes with an ice pack to keep it cool during transit. I've also heard that Culturelle is good for c-diff, or to keep from getting it?

Florastor probiotic is recommended for yeast infection and C Diff. My ID doc told me that Kefir was better than any oral probiotic for C Diff prevention, but I am not sure if you are aware that Canasa has also been shown to help prevent C diff. Dr Borody had an article about it. C Diff is horrible! FMT is probably the way to go if you keep getting it back.
