The latest stool culture for Shigella toxin E. Coli (STEC) has come positive. Has anyone got positive and what was done to fix it?

I can't imagine so. Sounds like a bug you caught somewhere, maybe recently. I cannot imagine it has been going on for 4 years. More like we're more prone to stuff like that with UC. Dunno ask the doctors and see how you feel once it is cleared up.
