Can canasa suppositories cause orange oil looking droplets to come out of the rectum when you have a bowel movement or even when i pas gas it leaks out. They tested my stool to make sure it wasnt my pancreas but it cam back normal.

Not likely....have you had high fat meals or snacks lately?
When did this start? And have you had any other blood draw for gallbladder and liver?

From what I read...it can be caused by lack of bile. So makes sense regarding no gallbladder.....
Any change in diet? Fatty foods can do that. Try digestive enzymes...that might help, as well as fibre supplements with meals.
Are you flaring? Because gas with leaking could be a symptom of it.....as well, it can quicken gastro activity.

Yes, the primary ingredient in Canasa is hard fat - oil, basically. When the suppository melts inside you, it will come back out looking oily. If there is also stool in the rectum, it can color the oil orange.

I thought orange staining in underwear or within stool was just due to the canasa casing. Normal, no worries, etc. I've never taken it, myself though.

Yes this happens to me too sometimes.
I think it all depends on what I eat. I notice it if I’ve eaten something like spaghetti bolognese or lasagne or something along those lines.
