CAlprotein range

My Lab came back finally and range should be 162.9 or less I’m at 1232.90 that’s so super high!! What does this mean other than I have inflammation

Just got mine back- 594 calprotectin. I also have symptoms of watery diarrhea, gurgling, stools 12+ time per day, probably flaring, but waiting for my GI Doc to call with instructions.

My last Fecal Calprotectin test result was 46, with anything less than or equal to 50 being considered normal. I had mild, simmering symptoms at that time. Certainly the acceptable range varies between my and therearemiracles test results, so check your test.

If you also had a stool test for infectious causes, and that turns up negative then a flare would be pretty obvious.
