Anyone had libido problems with Sulfa? I do...I also read that it lowers sperm count and causes temporary infertility... Any truth in that? 😑

Sulfa kept me in remission for 25 years. No libido, or other issues.

I doubt sulfa has affected your libido in any way. UC can make us feel less attractive (think about poop 24/7, unsexy) and have a sore abdomen during flares.

I've read in a few studies about slightly decreased sperm count.
