Have you tried taking Sulfa and Slippery elm at the same time?
I can't find any info...
I hope I'm not taking too many things at the same time LOL. That's a common problem for all of us, I assume.
I drink Aloe first thing in the morning. (2 tsps)
Then Psyllium. (1tbsp)
Probiotics a bit before lunch. (1 capsule)
Barley grass sometime in the afternoon.
Slippery elm in the evening. (2 capsules)
Turmeric /black pepper /olive oil before sleep.
Sulfa - minimum dose, 3 pills a day
Chamomile or Mint/green/ginger tea...
Only been taking the elm for 2 days, so no idea. If it creates a protective layer, does the Sulfa get absorbed? Who knows...
My only problem is the stools these days. It's not diarrhea... But kinda separate mushy fellows haha.
Any advice or similar experience welcome!
