Polish mushroom - a hope for colon cancer

There is a region in northeast Poland called Białowieża where a 'magic' mushroom has been discovered, Heterobasidion annosum, which kills cancerous cells in colon cancer and does not destroy healthy cells. It is not any alternative medicine 'miracle', but a serious thing which is already under investigation by the Medical University of Białystok: https://www.thefirstnews.com/article/magic-mushrooms-could-fungus-found-in-polish-forest-help-cure-cancer-4020. I've read many articles on it in the serious medical press and it looks promising.

so do I though I'm always cautiously optimistic about any good news. The positive sign is that some serious international pharmaceutical companies have declared to sponsor further research. So time will show
