My calprotectin fecal is at 527 and normal is 50 or under. Should I be concerned? I’m going in for bloodwork tomorrow to see if my Remicade is doing its job? I’m super concerned about
this. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

No, a score of 527 for FCP isn't a biggie or anything to worry about
. You already know you are flaring, and that score confirms that you're still flaring mildly to moderately.

Thank you John. That helps alleviate a lot of anxiety.
