Glad your scope came back clean with no inflammation, likely means a remission (or quiet/quiescent disease/non-active disease). The biopsy results are key, and those take a week or less to come in. Sometimes the biopsies can still show inflammation.

Generally, suppository work best for proctitis patients, better than pentasa/salofalk granules.

Always call/email and ask. Generally a colonoscopy includes biopsies though.
