There's a number of brands of delayed-release, oral Budesonide pills (Budenofalk/Uceris/Clipper/Entocort EC, etc). They are all very similar in effect. They might vary a bit in initial release point, if it says Crohn's then it likely starts releasing somewhere within the small intestine (likely near the end of the small intestine where it joins the large intestine). I am sure that as a UC patient, you will receive benefit from taking these meds, as they do treat the large intestine as well.
