Are you on medications at this point and are you flaring?
Food and supplement intake of what is constant and what is sporatic should be determined. As well, recognise symptoms consistent could well be flare. Constipation, gas, more mucus, thin stool for a while could inflammation limited in the rectum. If it increases to looser stool and more frequent, definitely moving upward.
Keep a food and symptom diary. Note that food takes about 12 - 48 hours to become stool and pass through....depending on what you've eaten, motility, inflammation etc.....and not all food breaks down or is digested to become stool at the same time.
Increase fibres that are both soluble and insoluble.....that includes carbs of varying sources of veggies and fruits.
