I was big fan of PBD. I got an inspiration from this guy:

After months of experiments I can say:
- Whole grains are big NO for me (gas, bloating, general discomfort)
- Uncooked Fruits are big NO for me (gas, bloating, general discomfort)
- Lentils are big NO for me (gas, bloating, general discomfort)
- Legumes are big NO for me (gas, bloating, general discomfort)
+ Meat tolerated very well
+ Dairy tolerated well
+ Honey tolerated very well
I have been in remission (confirmed by colonoscopy) during experiments.
I believe Dr. Greger is little biased. If you convince yourself about
something you start to see only evidence that support your conviction. You do not see contradictory evidence.
We should stay
open-minded.
Disclaimer: still eat food from "big NO" category but in very small tolerable amount
