It is dubious whether visbiome is any more effective than vsl#3, a few posters on here have even said they got sick after switching from vsl to visbiome.
There was a law suit against the makers of vsl after they changed the formulation but continued to make scientific claims based on proven results of the old formulation. The new one varies only in the Inactive ingredients and not the active ingredients. It's broadly like the difference between brand and generic versions of a drug.
Regardless, visbiome is not available everywhere; in Europe the equivalent is called vivvomixx.
I've said it before, your symptoms sound poorly managed and more than a mild case of colitis. You mentioned urgency and requiring diapers - I'd be surprised if mild proctitis can do that. Are you consulting with a doctor? UC is very difficult to navigate without an expert opinion to guide you - as well as making sure your blood and stool tests are up to date.
The number of cm inflammation is not fixed. I was diagnosed with pancolitis but I've had several scopes subsequently in which the inflammation was limited to the rectum and sigmoid colon only.
