Low blood pressure

What is your normal BP range? I have low blood pressure on average, but it drops even lower (similar to yours) when i'm ill or in a flare. I thought it can drop when sick or flaring overall. Yours is really low. Are you feeling like passing out or disoriented from that number? If so, good idea to call your GI doc or go to urgent care. Another possibility is there is something wrong with the BP monitor you are using or it's a side effect from one of the natural remedies you are trying?

when mine is really low, I create an electrolyte drink using water, salt, lime and honey, and often feel better afterwards.

What herbal remedies do you take? I know that some of the herbal stuff that i take reduces my bp. Things like Boswellia/Curcumin/Quercetin/Bromelain(A supplement called BCQ that i take contains all of these). Also watch out for coconut water or things that contain a lot of potassium. To increase your bp, you could take healthy sources of sodium i guess(Canned sardine/mackerel etc) which are comfort foods for UC as well.

How are you doing now? I am not sure if oregano oil is helpful during a flare. Is it making you feel better?

My potassium is normalI I checked couple weeks ago. I did speak to my doctor he feels my flare up and malnutrition is causing this.
