If you have a blender, you can make fruit smoothies and add in ground flaxseed, soy milk and protein powder if you want. If you want extra protein, I've read pea protein powder is easy on the gut. You can even make green smoothies if you want leafy greens and can't tolerate them normally. Nut butters are easy to digest and full of protein. You can also cook in a cast iron skillet to get some extra iron. Can you eat soups? Not sure what diet you follow.
I take Deva vegan multivitamins with iron and have never had a problem. It would be good to have vitamin d and b12 levels checked as well. I haven't tried gummy vitamins.
