I really dont mind tomorrow's colo as much as tonight.  My doc always says to take a xanax whilst prepping - but I don't think that is such a hot idea when I am moving more like the tin man in the wizard of oz.

What do yall think?

Oh Bob! That could be interesting! Maybe you can just move everything right around the bathroom and just hang out there for the night? Even with full mobilitiy I feel like doing that during a prep.

OR... What about roller skates? You could just launch yourself down the hallway... Well, maybe that's not such a grand idea...

Oh man, good luck! I agree with everyone else about hanging around the bathroom... I know there were times when I was laying on the couch right outside the bathroom and still almost didn't make it to the toilet! Next time I think I'm just going to get a portable DVD player, a pillow and a blanket and just camp out in there for the night, haha.

If I were you I'd consider sleeping in the bath tub :-)

Yes, the gallon, the other pills and half-lytely made me incredibly sick to my stomach...What were they thinking though...pineapple flavoured - yuk!

Roller skates...hahaha..that's a good one. Gave me a visual of hitting the bathroom wall..instead of the toilet....ka-plunk and ow!!! Well, the prep is the worse for sure. After I drank the solution, 15 minutes later, I vomited it up. Pineapple flavored.....ewwww! The day of the exam was a breeze. I slept right through it...don't remember a thing. With my last prep, I finally set up a lawn chair in the bathroom and just sat in there and read. This was after two "oops's". It was pretty interesting.

Must be something in the air...I am prepping right now too. Using the Golytely for the first time....and you are right...the pineapple is HORRIBLE! Good luck tomorrow, I am nervous but they are putting me out completely, so that is good...

OK, 6AM and I am ready for my wife to cart me off to the hospital.  This was a particularly nasty prep.  Usually I don't have tummy upset - but I did with this - and the D lasted well past 1AM - and briefly this AM.  As for my mobility issues - let's just say I was seated from 6 to 11 PM straight through

...I think I will have a permanent round indentation like a target around my rear...at least my doc will find the target amusing! hehehehe

Well, we are going now.  I will check in later after my sleep.
