LOL
well, i haven't yet made this potato salad.. i had it in july at a friends house. he made it and i couldnt stop eating it.
didnt notice any difference in my symptoms as they were bad anyway the whole time.
i have been putting raw red onion in my tuna sandwiches lately. i guess i will stop doing that and see how i go.
personally, i usually only use olive oil as that is all i have in the house.
this is just the original recipe that i was given by my german mate.
they do have beef broth without MSG over here in australia. i dont eat MSG ever.
sugar, well, i eat sugary foods.
i was told that it wasn't a problem by all my doctors and my dietician...(can they all be wrong?)
don't seem to notice any extra issues when i eat sugar..
i dont really use pepper anymore.
mustard, occasionally on sandwiches.
see, the diet thing for me is different than other people ... i did the whole trying different diets for ages and none of them had any effect on my colon or pain levels or symptoms. that is why i pretty much eat most things. if it all hurts anyway, then i might as well enjoy good food.
and yes, now i do see the problem with a decent potato salad.. YIKES
