Does anyone else have bms like a small rock, then you feel empty, then like 5 minutes later, another rocky bm, repeating several times? I have been meaning to take the Benefiber again but haven't started it yet. I feel like the bowel is empty, but it is stuck with rocks. This has happened a zillion times. Just wanted to see if anyone else has this.

I just had this same experience this morning, so I know what you mean! Didn't go at all yesterday, and this is better than the watery, got-to-go-now alternative! (As long as you can spare a half hour taking care of "business"!)

Whenever I've had this type of problem in the past I've ended up with a fissure, which is extremely painful! My doc recommends fiber & to drink a lot of water.

Hi..how much of the darvocet, lomotil are you using at this time?
Are you taking in enough foods such as veggies, fruits, during the day?
Are you on the proctofoam nightly still?
You can possibly take a stool softener for a week (a few times a day I think is the protocol).
I have gotten that at times during extreme stress....but it's not very often.
It could also be a symptom of some rectal inflammation...or IBS.
Are you consuming tea? Can you drink any coffee?
