Biotin Recommendation?

Anyone have a Biotin brand/type they are having luck with? My nails are starting to peel so I'm thinking I need to add in biotin to strengthen them. I get overwhelmed in the vitamin aisle so need suggestions! Thanks!!

Hey Tab, I take a B-100 complex from Trader Joe's with Biotin and B-12 in it. Works great and covers both the energy and hair & nails!

I use Country Life High potency 5mg biotin.
