I havent logged on or posted in a while and certainly dont want to be someone who only comes on moaning when i have a flare so i thought i would wish you all a happy and healthy (as much as possible) new year...

Happy new year to you too, Chris. I know the feeling, when I first started feeling better I didn't sign in here for a while either. Glad to hear you're feeling better for this new year.
