Hey guys its a new year and time to think of more ways to improve our health and lives.
Ok my resolutions are just things i need to work on, so here they are:
- Go to bed at a decent hour. I stay up to at least 12....not good.
- Make better choices in my diet. Cheating is a problem with me.
- Exercise more. Haven't been to the gym in a while.
- Gain some weight. I'm a little on the thin side.
- Read more.
- If possible take a vacation.
Ok people lets hear them!!
You might give me some ideas....lol.
I hope everyone is doing well or at the least improving.
