I like looking at pictures like this (not in a weird way haha but it's interesting!) I especially like looking at photos of people after different surgical procedures, to see what it's really like because the cartoon diagrams always make it seem so different... I still have yet to find one that shows what the BCIR procedure turns out like; the diagrams show just a little line in your stomach but I'd be interested to see what it's really like!

Thanks, Princesscolon! This site reminds me what happened when I saw photos my gastro took during my last colonoscopy. I started to freak out a bit when I saw yellow in photo of illeo-caecal valve, but my gastro laughed & said it was normal. Whew! / Old Hat (nearly 30 yrs with left-sided UC ... [etc.])
