pinkish slim before BM, bm no blood

Does anyone pass lots of slimy mucusm pinkish in color then go bm, but no blood with bm? What is this and what does it mean?

I have to tell you something real quick. I had to get in a co workers grip yesterday, for two years she's hasseled me. My boss is proud I stood up for myself and backed me on this. He's afraid of her to. She's a 60 yr bully. Anways, I felt relieved. Today was the first day in a long, long time where I didn't have to rush to the bathroom upon standing in the morning. Stress plays a big role in UC. Keeping it out of your life will do wonders. I have to work otherwise I love to be a at home mommy of my dogs.

Yes, bloody mucus is usually a sign of a coming flare. You might consider starting meds to cut it off at the pass.
