I think I want in on this... I need something to take my mind off my ongoing flare. I'm going to try and do 20 minutes on my cycle trainer. I desperately miss my mountain bike. Does anyone have any suggestions for some easy excercises to help regain balance and core strength? I was looking at getting a Bosu ball but they are way to expensive. With my current flare I have no interest in going to the gym, so I'm only looking for home exercises. Does anyone know of a really good Yoga video to learn and follow at home?
I really like the Prevention Exercise video "Get Moving" I got at Walmart. It has a 20 minute yoga workout on it as well as a good aerobic workout and core workout (the hardest for me). I wish there was a Prevention Yoga only video because I really love the simple and clear way they do it on the Get Moving video but I'd like to do more. I bought the AM and PM Yoga DVD and I hate it.
