Well a few weeks ago I started jogging again. I haven't ran/jogged in two years. I started with a little over 1 mile and was doing that in about
15 minutes. After two weeks of that I moved up to doing 2.5 miles. (Just the way the route took me, our streets are kind of weird I can't work it to just doing 2 miles) I did that for a few days then my med change happend and problems arose. So I havn't ran since Wednesday :( I'm going to try to start running again on Monday, the 2.5 mile route and hopefully by the end of the next week I'll be up to a 3.5 mile route that I've already got planned out.

Honestly during the time that I was running (not when I was running but that time frame) I never felt better. So my hat is off to those that are working out and feeling good dispite the UC that plauges us and our own.
