Can a Nexium tablet be halved or is it not a good idea to break it up?

What's the best time to take a Nexium? Morning or Night?

I have never heard of halving Nexium. Mine are a capsule so I don't think you could half if anyway. Nexium should be taken in the am.

It depends when you are at your worst. My doc has me taking mine at night because my reflux is worse overnight and first thing in the morning.
