I was reminded once again of this in another post. I've heard for some time that having several smaller meals a day can help (digestion, energy, etc.). Now I am one that really does not care to make a fuss about
meals and simplicity often prevails if I make something. So I wanted to see if anyone had thoughts on healthy things to eat that are small enough to eat a few times a day. At work it would be ideal to not have to go heat something up every time and it not being the same old thing every time (like soup in several bowls). I am so used to eat three decent size meals and then wanting to eat questionable snacks in between.
So all I could think of is yogurt and bringing half a sandwich... and maybe just getting lunch early and eating half, then waiting a couple hours to eat the other half (wow, that's hard). I welcome your insights.
