I know it's so gross but anyone deal with itching? I've had hemis before but can't remember extreme itching around the exit area. Any suggestions what I can use to stop it?

It could be a yeast infection in which case you would need to see a doctor. You can try some OTC products first and if they work it's probably not yeast. Nupercainal is a good place to start and you can find it where Preparation H is stocked.

I have it in a bad way!!! I think its a hem... My GI gave me some samples of "analphram" cream - worked like a charm!!! PrepH wouldnt touch it.
I am going in tomorrow to see whats up with my hem or hems. not looking forward to the testing procedure. I dont enjoy having my butt probed.

Try Desitin baby diaper cream with Zinc. Worked great for me!
