How do you make a profile?

Hello again, Can anyone tell me how to make a profile....you know.....under the post, most of you have listed your diagnosis and medications, etc. Thanks, Lori (Bellski)

To add a signature follow these steps:

Chose Control panel at the top
Then chose Edit Profile
Scroll down and you will see Signature
Add what you would like to be your signature. Keeping in mind we ask you keep it to 10 lines or less

Go to the control panel on the upper left side on the blue bar. Go to edit profile and put in your text at the bottom. But remember to limit your signature to 10 lines or less and spaces are counted as lines.
