Which probiotics to buy?

I use primadophilus reuteri made by natures way, affordable and only one/day is necessary...has other benefits too, for women it aids with vaginal health, it also aids with high choletsterol and lactose intolerance if you have any of those...still fine to take if you don't...must be kept in the fridge at all times even when purchasing they should be located in the store fridge....there are tons of posts here at HW regarding probiotics, you might want to do a search to read all that's been talked about.

I like Acidophlius Pearls. I get them from iherb.com. Way cheaper than where I was buying them!

As you can see, we all have our preferences. Some work better then others for other people. You just have the right one that works for you. I tried a couple before I found Pro-Bio. The other ones that I tried I didn't like but Pro-Bio works for me. It is bought online and can be stored in your cupboard. No refridgeration needed though it can extend the shelf life. Which doesn't matter to me anyway since I use them way before the shelf life ends.

Probiotics are subjective. 

I started taking Fiber Smart probiotics and it really helped me for 4 months then I switched to a more potent one called Healthy Trinity by Natren.  Then I got a flare 1 month later so not sure what happened but I was doing GREAT for 5-6 months!
