I know most doctors dont pay much attention to diet but my feeling is it is paramount in treating ANY disease. I work as an RN in the medical profession so I see the training doctors get. It involves very little attention to diet. The reason: very hard to really measure against any disease.
So its up to you (yes to become responsible for your own body) to determine how diet may be helpful. for myself I reduce the amoumt of wheat and part. dairy. Dairy is very toxic. No milk. No ice cream. Only once in a while a little sour cream and cheese.
I also take remicade now and previously was on enbrel but mostly for my Ankylosing spondylitis.
