what options are left after Imuran?

Is it really just remicade and a possiblitity of humira and then sugery?  (I cannot take any 5ASA's).

Also, I am not really interested in doing a trial for something that is not FDA approved for some disease.  b/c I do want to start a family.

In terms of traditional medical treatment, yes, Remicade and Humira are the end. And technically, Humira is still classified as research.
