I have read that you are not supposed to take calcium with other meds, does anyone know if this means 0ther vitamins or all other meds? for example, is it ok to take calcium with colazal? i take so many meds, and have to take them all with food, so i find its a challenge to eat enough meals in a day to take my calcium seperate from everything else...

Winni - you should be okay taking your calcium with your colazal. Mainly you don't want to take calcium with iron.

Thanks mucho for posting these. I have always wondered about that classic recommendation to eat fish with bones, though. Yuck! Fish bones are scratchy!

How to keep from choking on them ...? / Old Hat (nearly 30 yrs with left-sided UC ... [etc.])
