Yes, rest is very important. You have to remember that your body is constantly fighting itself so of course when we rest it helps us heal a bit better and refreshes us. I am a chronic insomniac and I have had sleeping disturbances for the past 6 years. I now take a sleep aid just so I can get that good nights rest. I personally like Tylonel Simply Sleep. I found that I can wake up in the middle of the night if I have to unlike when I take a prescription sleep aid. During the day, try to rest when you can and try not to overdo it - your body will thank you for it :)
